Johnette was so responsive. You actually speak to a person. She kept me in the loop on available units and made arrangements to show us the unit for our son. With the crazy rental market and school starting in a couple of weeks, time was critical. I visited 18 complexes due to lack of return calls. 17 of them had incorrect information from the previous night obtained on a voicemail or website availability. The Heights on Superior had the correct information. Clean property and wonderful staff.

I've been living here for about 2 years now, and anytime I have a complaint, Angelia is there to take care of it. Management was great at navigating the change of ownership and the inherent problems it entails. Furthermore, the maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Keep it up!
